RETURNS REFUNDS & EXCHANGES At arminee & frank we are very proud of the quality of our products and our customer service. We want you to enjoy your shopping experience and be excited by your purchases. If you are unhappy with anything you have bought we will gladly exchange it for something else or give you your money back. Please notify us within 7 days of the arrival of you goods if you are unhappy or have changed you mind. Before returning goods send us an e-mail to info@armineeandfrank.com describing the problem. We will e-mail you with the return details. We also refund the cost of the return freight for any items that are deemed to be faulty.        COLOURS Please note that colours may vary slightly from those displayed by your monitor. If you would like us to send a leather sample to help confirm your choice, send us an email and we will be happy to post one out to you free of charge.       DELIVERY As all a&f products are manufactured upon placement of your order, a&f will use reasonable endeavors to arrange for dispatch of the product within 10 working days of you submitting your order. a&f delivers to most destinations around the world.   Delivery costs are as follows:   Australia                 $10.00 New Zealand       $25.00 International (excluding New Zealand) $45.00   *All orders over $500 are free of shipping charges for both Australia/NZ and international deliveries.  Expected delivery times after dispatch are:    - for Australia, within 5 working days; and    - for international deliveries, within 10 working days.       PLACING AN ORDER AND PAYMENT Payment must be made at the time of submitting the purchase  order. Payment can be made by credit card only. arminee and frank accepts Visa and Mastercard. You warrant that you are an authorised user of the credit card used to complete payment.   All purchase orders placed through this website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by a&f. We will email you with confirmation of the receipt of your purchase order, and then notify you upon dispatch of the product.   All transactions are settled in Australian Dollars (AUD). If you are ordering from outside Australia, and your bank account or credit card is held in a different currency, you can still order by credit card - your currency will automatically be converted to Australian Dollars when you complete the transaction. The conversion rate varies from day to day with the current exchange rate. Many banks also charge a small currency conversion fee, contact your bank or credit provider for details.      GST & TAXES All purchases delivered in Australia will incur the standard GST tax rates. All international purchases are exempt from Australian taxes; however they may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To determine exactly what these charges may be, it may be necessary to call your local customs office to gain further details. Please note that to comply with Australian export regulations; we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if the order is placed with that intention.
